Teaching

I teach AI the way
you teach driving.
By getting in the car.

Teaching engagements for universities, business schools, and corporate executive education. From four-hour sessions to full-semester courses. All with the same obsession: immediate applicability.

01 — The problem

The problem with most AI courses.

They're built for people who want to understand AI. Not for people who need to use it.

My courses start from the opposite. You're a manager, a decision-maker, a professional, a student about to enter a company. What you need isn't transformer theory, but knowing what concrete problem you can solve Monday morning with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or a custom-built machine learning system.

That's why my programmes are always made of three things: operational frameworks, real examples from engagements I've led, hands-on exercises where you actually use the tools.

02 — What I teach

Five
areas.

01
FOR THOSE STARTING FROM ZERO

AI Foundations for non-technical audiences.

What artificial intelligence really is, beyond the hype. What machine learning is, what deep learning is, what generative AI is. What problems they can solve, which they can't. Clear language, no formulas.

Target: non-technical managers, boards, executives outside tech sectors · 4-8 hours

02
FOR THOSE WHO PRODUCE

Applied prompt engineering.

How to write prompts that generate professional-quality output. Advanced techniques. When to use ChatGPT, when Claude, when Gemini, when a custom tool. Use cases for marketing, legal, HR, R&D, customer service.

Target: operational teams, marketing, legal, HR, R&D · 8-16 hours

03
FOR DISCOVERABILITY

Large Language Model Optimization.

When people stop searching and start asking, your brand needs to be in the answer. How to structure content, data, and information so that ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity cite you as a source. The first Italian-language book on the subject is mine.

Target: marketing, communications, content teams, brand managers · 8 hours

04
FOR RISK MANAGEMENT

AI governance in the enterprise.

EU AI Act, classification of AI systems, governance frameworks, risk management. How to structure internal policies, roles, processes. For boards needing to put their house in order before regulators do it for them.

Target: legal, compliance, boards, C-level · 4-8 hours

05
FOR DECISION-MAKERS

AI strategy for top management.

How to build an enterprise AI strategy. Use case identification, prioritisation, feasibility assessment, expected ROI, governance, change management, multi-year roadmap. Not a theoretical course: a workshop where you arrive with your business and leave with a plan.

Target: C-level, boards, top management · 16-24 hours intensive

03 — Formats

How I structure
a programme.

A

University

Semester courses, weekly lectures, hands-on exercises, exams. I build the programme with the department, adapt it to the existing curriculum.

B

Intensive corporate workshop

One to three days. Mixed format: lecture + exercises + real cases from your organisation. Participants leave with operational frameworks and a concrete application plan.

C

Continuous programme

Monthly or quarterly engagements, with periodic sessions, follow-up, mentoring. For organisations building internal AI capability over the medium term.

D

Educational keynote

When you have a corporate event and you want your teams to leave with something practical. A 60-90 minute session designed to leave usable frameworks from the day after.
