I prioritise use cases on three criteria: business value potential, technical feasibility, organisational complexity. I assess feasibility with technical teams. I size the expected ROI with management.

I coordinate the team that builds: developers, data scientists, AI engineers from my team if needed, alongside the organisation's internal team. Technology, governance, change management walk together.
I work alongside the people who will use the system. When we finish, they know how to use it, manage it, evolve it.
Output: system in production, autonomous internal team, complete documentation.
I measure real impact at three, six, twelve months after launch. KPIs shared with management, dashboards, periodic reviews. What works, we consolidate. What doesn't work, we redesign.
Output: a living programme, not an archive document.
Three things I don't do, in honesty.
First: I don't write code. I'm not a developer. I coordinate those who write it, give them the right specs, check that they deliver what's needed. If you're looking for a senior dev, I can refer you to people better than me.
Second: I don't take engagements where AI is the wrong answer. If the analysis says your problem is best solved with a spreadsheet, I'll tell you. The advisory fee you pay anyway.
Third: I don't work below senior thresholds. I'm not competing with entry-level freelancers. My cost is built for engagements where the value at stake is significant. If the budget isn't, I'll refer you to colleagues better suited.
