Advisory

The difference between
an AI programme that succeeds
and one that dies at the pilot.

Strategic advisory for enterprises integrating AI into core processes. I identify opportunities, assess feasibility, design governance, measure ROI. I don't write code. I make sure the code serves the business.

01 — Three modes

Three ways
we can work.

01
FOR DECISION-MAKERS

Continuous advisory for boards and C-level.

I work alongside management as an external advisor on every AI-related decision: strategy, use case prioritisation, vendor evaluation, governance, internal and external communications, risk management. Not an employee: the independent counsel who steps in and out, with a market view across competitors.

Format: monthly retainer, periodic board sessions, availability for critical decisions.

02
START RIGHT

Identifying and launching an AI pilot.

When the organisation doesn't know where to start, we build the first pilot together. Three phases: process assessment, identification of the highest value-to-complexity case, pilot execution with my technical team in parallel with your internal team. Output: a working system, and an organisation that has learned to do AI.

Format: 3-9 month engagement, mixed team, concrete deliverable + transfer of knowledge.

03
FOR TRANSFORMATION

Multi-year AI programme.

For organisations that have decided AI is part of long-term strategy. We design a multi-year roadmap together, identify project waves, build internal capability, manage change. I coordinate teams, vendors, stakeholders. The most demanding level, where impact is maximum.

Format: 12-36 month programme, dedicated governance, KPIs shared with the board.

02 — Where I'm strong

Particular
strengths.

LLMO & GENERATIVE AI

LLMO & Applied Generative AI.

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini in the enterprise. Use cases for marketing, customer service, legal, R&D, knowledge management. How to choose the right model, how to structure prompts, how to integrate tools into processes. My third book is dedicated to exactly this.

EU AI ACT

EU AI Act compliance.

Classification of enterprise AI systems under the European Regulation. Technical documentation. Internal governance. Risk management. I work with legal and management to translate requirements into operational procedures.

AI OPERATIONS

AI Operations (AIO).

How AI reshapes operations, supply chain, manufacturing, customer service. Forecasting, predictive maintenance, optimisation, intelligent automation. Sectors I've worked in most: sport, food, energy, telco, retail.

GOVERNANCE & ETHICS

AI Governance & Ethics.

Building internal governance frameworks. Defining roles, responsibilities, approval processes. Aligning enterprise practices with Responsible AI principles. As President of the Scientific Committee at AIPIA, this is my institutional ground.

03 — Sectors

Sectors of
experience.

Sport (Juventus, AC Milan, Genoa CFC, Virtus Entella, Wyscout)

Tech & Enterprise (Microsoft, DEDA Group, Intarget, TIM)

Food (Colussi)

Energy (Eni)

Education (University of Florence, IED Milan)

Banking and fintech (references on request, NDA)

Automotive and manufacturing (references on request, NDA)

04 — How we work

Four phases.

01

Discovery

Initial complimentary conversation, 30-45 minutes. I understand the context, assess whether I can genuinely help, or refer you to someone who can.

02

Proposal

If we proceed, I send you an operational proposal within a week. Transparent costs. No surprises.

03

Execution

I work alongside your team, with my technical team if needed. Periodic alignment sessions. Measurable interim deliverables.

04

Measure

At project end and at 3, 6, 12 months we check that the impact is what we expected. If adjustments are needed, we adjust.
